Value Engineering has been dedicated to R&D and innovation in manufacturing technology since its foundation. We provide cleaning of semiconductor ion implant parts, x-ray tube parts, special material parts and semiconductor parts to our customers. Based on long-term R&D, we have developed the world's highest functional plasma coating and are preparing to supply it to the world's leading customers. RF ICP ion source for ion implanter based on plasma ion control technology has also been developed and is being evaluated by customers.

In 2019, we signed an OEM supply contract for refractory metal parts for ion implanter with Axcelis in US, one of the global makers of ion implanter equipment for semiconductors.
